All I want is a Focus ST with CarPlay in it. Ford won't release any details when we can expect to see it in their cars, but I'll have to wait at least 2 years to get a new car. Hopefully they'll have it in the next generation Focus ST by then

I hate infotainment systems. They are complicated, slow and expensive. They look cool tough.

See, I absolutely hate having to reach for my phone when I'm driving, so having something work so seamlessly between my phone and the infotainment screen is something I look forward to having as much as the car itself

I'm getting one of the aftermarket Apple CarPlay units when they're out. One with a capacitive screen.
I'm totally with you. Reaching for my phone to change a Spotify playlist is a hassle. And could potentially lead to a ticket.
All I need is for something to mirror my phone onto my dash. The hardware in these other head units are light years behind the guts of my smartphone. Let it do all the work. It's cheaper to manufacture something like that, too.
This seems to be the closest I'll get to that dream.

I can't wait to have this in my Civic, Honda Link sucks
